VIP Terms

This is a VIP Program where VIPs and customers who opt-in are able to receive text message updates on upcoming sales,  promotions, tips and tricks, updates, and any other relevant notifications, just for VIPs! Although message rates may vary,  you can typically expect to receive around 5 messages/month. Messages can be SMS/MMS and can include some marketing content. By being opted-in to this program, you are providing your express consent for Regency Furniture to contact you at the phone number you provided by telephone, which may include artificial text messages delivered via automated technology. Consent is not required to make a purchase.  

You can cancel the text message service at any time. Just reply "STOP" to the phone number you receive the text  messages on. After you send the text message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have  been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us to the phone number you texted back from. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending text messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message  frequencies may vary but you will receive roughly 5 messages/month. If you have any questions about your text plan or  data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
