We want you to enjoy your home furnishings purchase right away! Once you have made full payment, and/or your financing amount has been approved and all the merchandise on your sale is in our distribution center, we can arrange to have your purchase delivered or picked up. If you have paid your purchase with a check, there is a 10-day waiting period until the check clears before you can arrange for pick up or delivery.

  1. Delivery: Premium delivery includes assembly, set-up & removal of all packaging materials. Doorstep delivery includes drop off of your merchandise in the manufacturer’s carton and placing it in the first room of your home. Unpacking, assembly, and removal of all packaging materials is not included in this delivery option. Deliveries begin at approximately 7 a.m. and are continuous throughout the day. We wish to make your delivery a successful one. Before delivery, please measure the space where your purchase will be set and the hallways that your delivery team will be moving through to make certain the furniture will fit.
    • Scheduling your order for delivery: When the items of your purchase arrive, we will contact you to arrange delivery. We ask that you schedule your delivery day within 14 days of being notified of its arrival. Otherwise, your merchandise will be allocated to another customer. All floor samples and clearance items must be scheduled for delivery within 7 days of purchase.
    • Please be available for your delivery the entire day; however, we will contact you 24 hours prior to your delivery with an estimated 4-hour time window to make it more convenient for you. A scheduled delivery that is cancelled within 24-hours of the delivery day, or is unavailable to receive the delivery, may be charged a redelivery fee. Someone 18 or over must be there to accept and sign for the delivery.
    • Signature at delivery represents merchandise was received in good condition, and by your signature you release Regency and its delivery services from any claim or damage to household personal property.
    • Should you receive any item on delivery damaged or defective, please call within 3 days of delivery. We have qualified factory trained technicians that can restore your merchandise to showroom condition right in your own home. If the damaged or defective item cannot be repaired in your home or we cannot order the replacement part, we will gladly replace the item.
    • Delivery is subject to reasonable and safe access into your home. We will need the use of an elevator to deliver merchandise above the third floor. Delivery drivers are not able to move, remove, or rearrange existing or newly delivered furniture. You may be required to pay additional delivery fees if additional services are required (such as, hoisting above ground level through door or window, window or door removals, furniture breakdown, etc.)
  2. Pickup: Please inspect all merchandise at time of pickup. Signature upon pickup represents merchandise being received in good condition and by your signature you release Regency and its employees from any claim or damage to the merchandise or customer's vehicle.
    • Scheduling your order for pickup: When your items arrive, we will contact you to arrange a pickup day, we ask that you pick up merchandise within 10 days of being notified of its arrival. All floor samples and clearance items must be picked up within 7 days of purchase.
    • Financed transactions and phone transactions are not eligible for pickup.
    • Merchandise will be released with proper identification (driver’s license/state ID). The person picking up items must match the name on the sales order.
    • At the time of pickup, you will be responsible for loading the merchandise and securing your vehicle during pickup.
  3. Price-Holds: All price-holds are guarantees for the prices of the merchandise and will still need to be ordered once paid in full. A Price-Hold does not guarantee that Regency will hold a particular item chosen by the customer. Upon payment of a minimum deposit of 25% of the purchase price, including sales tax and delivery charges, Regency will hold the price on such Price-Hold merchandise for a period of 90-days. The Customer shall have the right to cancel a Price-Hold agreement at any time and receive a full refund on the deposit.
  4. Price Guarantee: If our Regency local stores, or www.Regencyfurniture.com, offer a lower advertised price on identical furniture merchandise within 30 days of your purchase we will refund you the difference. We will gladly honor lower advertised prices on identical mattress merchandise within 90 days of your purchase from our local stores, or www.Regencyfurniture.com and will refund you the difference.
  5. Price Match: If within 14 days of your purchase, you find a lower advertised price on identical furniture merchandise at another local retailer, with the same terms and conditions, we will match the price plus 10% of the difference. If within 90 days of your purchase, you find a lower advertised price on identical mattress merchandise at another local retailer, with the same terms and conditions, we will match the price plus 10% of the difference. A local retailer is one that operates a physical retail store within our normal delivery area. Regency will not match prices for membership clubs, going-out-of-business sales, floor samples, clearance items or damaged items. The price matching provisions shall not apply to online pricing.
  6. Warranties: Unless specified in contract or by local state law, Regency Furniture expressly disclaims all warranties, except any express written warranties, implied warranties of merchantability, and warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Regency supports manufacturers’ warranties, when approved by manufacturer. Regency's liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product at its discretion. Replacement parts & labor will be covered free of charge for a period of 1 year from date of delivery. At Regency’s discretion, service to repair will be done at the customer's home or at our distribution center. All floor samples, discontinued goods, and clearance items are AS-IS and sold without warranties or service. Please contact Regency to request a copy of the full warranty. Additionally, third-party warranty coverage is available for purchase.
  7. Returns, Refunds and Order Cancellations
    • Cancelling your order: If you wish to cancel your order, you may visit our store and cancel your order for a full refund up until 2 days before your scheduled delivery date. If you cancel your order less than 2 days prior to the delivery date, we may refund your order less the delivery fees. You may cancel all pick-up orders for a full refund up until the scheduled pick-up date
    • Returns for furniture items: We understand that in some cases, the merchandise you had delivered to your home may not be quite right. In these cases, please call us or visit us within 3 days of receipt of furniture and we will do our best to have you reselect into something that works better for you. Approved returns may be returned within 7 days of your receipt of goods for an exchange or store credit, provided the items are returned in new condition. Returns are subject to a pick-up fee and there are no refunds or credits for pick-up or delivery charges
    • Returns for Mattresses and Foundations: Mattresses and Foundations may only be returned if delivered damaged or later found to be defective. If your mattress or foundation is delivered damaged, contact us for assistance within 3 days of delivery. Defects discovered more than 3 days after the mattress or foundation was delivered may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if any.
    • Special Orders, Custom Orders, Floor Samples/Clearance: There are no returns, refunds or exchanges provided with the purchase of special orders, custom orders and floor sample or clearance items.
  8. If the merchandise ordered by you was not delivered by the promised delivery date or is damaged or otherwise does not conform to the original order Regency must offer you the choice of (1) canceling your order with a prompt, full refund for any payments you have made, or (2) accepting delivery at a specific later date. This includes delivery of furniture that is delivered broken or defective, or does not conform to your order.

    Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the person whose name appears on the order & will only be available in the form of the original method of payment, with exception to cash or money order payments. All cash or money order payments will be refunded via check only. Checks may take up to 21 days to process from the date of cancellation.
